We are a group of seasoned investors who deploy our investment capital collectively. Predominately, we have successfully exited financial businesses in the City of London and now seek to invest in dynamic companies on the cusp of scaling. Our focus is on identifying and investing in EIS qualifying companies – innovative, early-stage UK businesses that meet the Enterprise Investment Scheme criteria for growth and development.

By investing in businesses poised for expansion, we aim to support the next generation of entrepreneurial success stories while benefiting from the attractive tax reliefs offered under the Enterprise Investment Scheme program. We bring experience, capital, and where required, strategic insight to help these companies achieve their growth ambitions.

Our preferred method of investing is equity, however, we will sometimes also consider financing via an Advanced Subscription Agreement (ASA) or a SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity).

We’ve sat on both sides of the table – as founders raising capital and subsequently as investors, Before making any investment, we want to understand your business, your traction, and your ambitions. We take a rigorous approach to investing however, we do aim to reach a decision quickly.

We will consider non EIS investments but only as part of an IPO or secondary funding rounds.
